Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday), excluding public holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be handled on the next business day.
During high-demand periods or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer — but don’t worry, we’ll always keep you informed with real-time updates on your order status.

Shipping Coverage
Custoride proudly ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, as well as APO/FPO military addresses.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing:
Risk of Loss & Title
All orders are shipped FOB shipping point, which means ownership and responsibility for the package transfer to you once the carrier takes possession. Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, the delivery is considered complete.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or delayed:
Double-check the shipping address you provided at checkout.
Check with neighbors or household members who may have accepted the delivery.
Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
If your order still cannot be located, please contact us at support@custoride.com within 7 business days of the expected delivery date.
We’ll help investigate the issue. For stolen packages, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier. While replacements aren’t guaranteed, our team will do everything possible to assist.
Incorrect Address Policy
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll notify you immediately. You may choose to:
Have the order resent (additional shipping fees may apply), or
Request a refund (excluding original shipping costs)
Multiple Shipments
Some larger or multi-item orders may be shipped in multiple packages to ensure faster delivery. Each shipment will have its own tracking number for your convenience.
